HR Staff - GiliFit

Requirements:
* Proven HR experience (2+ years preferred)
* Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
* Strong organizational and communication skills both English and Indonesian.
* Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
* Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws
* Willing to relocate to Gili Trawangan
Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and hiring for fitness and resto/bar staff
* Oversee onboarding for new employees
* Administer employee benefits and compensation
* Handle employee relations and foster a positive work environment
* Support training, development, and performance management
* Maintain accurate employee records
* Ensure staff compliance with SOPs and company standards
