- 3+ years of HR experience (hospitality background is a big plus!)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law & HR practices
- Skilled in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and employee relations
- A natural communicator & problem solver
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
