Position: Direct Sales Manager (DSM)
About the Role:
Resposible for monitoring daily store sales and operations, ensuring Xiaomi Expert KPIs and SOPs are followed, generate stock and sales reports with improvement analysis. Providing sales skills and product training to the store team, conducting weekly and monthly KPI reviews, compiling and publishing integrated master data from all departments. Additionally, recruiting Xiaomi Experts according to Xiaomi standards. 5. Collaborate with PIC trainer to identify relevant training needs and execution Training material will be provided (standardized) by HO. Maintain training equipment in good working condition. Direct all training and development activities to ensure the program and curriculum running well. Organize training Support to Region Team. Provide report needed by the principle. Willing to business trip follow the sales team instruction
Qualification:
Min. 3 years of experience as a sales or trainer in retail industries (smartphone industry will be a plus point)
English speaking / writing / reading proficiency is a must (Mandarin is optional)
MS Office (word / power poin excel / outlook) proficiency + proper reporting is a must
Have strong verbal and written communication skill, proffesional skepticism, and honest business integrity
