🔎 Qualifications:
🎓 Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
💻 Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting/design software
📐 Able to create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models
🏗️ Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and property design standards
🔍 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
🗣️ Good communication skills & teamwork ability
📑 Experience 1–2 years in drafting (fresh graduates are welcome)
⏳ Able to work with deadlines and project targets
