We are looking for a passionate and driven Training & Development Officer to join our team!
📍 Location: Lombok (Nusa Tenggara Barat) .
📄 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site (willingness to relocate is required).
🧩 About the Role
As a Training & Development Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping our learning culture. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that empower our staff to grow personally and professionally.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training schedules and participant coordination.
- Facilitate or coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and impact.
- Keep training materials current and relevant.
- Maintain employee training and certification records.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or learning & development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred; PhD is an advantage).
- Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to draft training syllabus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication (mandatory).
- Good with Microsoft Office Softwares.
- Have the growth and service excellence mindset.
- Willing to relocate and be based in Lombok (NTB).
