📍 Location: Cilegon, Serang, Balikpapan, Maluku, Manado, Banjarmasin, Lampung, Makassar, Malang, Jombang, Mataram, Palembang, Pontianak, Samarinda, Semarang, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Yogyakarta
We’re expanding and looking for Team Lead Consultants across multiple cities in Indonesia to lead retail operations, drive sales excellence, and elevate customer experience.
🔍 Job Responsibilities:
-Store Operation: Manage daily retail operations and ensure execution of HQ strategies.
-Sales Management: Create and implement sales strategies to hit company targets.
-Merchandise & Display: Ensure effective inventory turnover, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
-Customer Service: Monitor service quality, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store teams.
-Business Communication: Coordinate closely with partners and internal stakeholders to drive performance.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or retail operations (team leadership is a plus)
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
🏢 Preferred Industry Background:
Telecommunications: Apple, Samsung, Huawei, etc
FMCG: Unilever, Nestlé, P&G, MAP etc
Fashion Retail: UNIQLO, H&M, ZARA, etc
Chain F&B Services: Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, etc
