Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections.
Evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and handle procurement processes.
Monitor project costs, assess variations, and certify progress payments.
Generate financial reports and ensure final account settlement.
Coordinate with project teams and mentor junior QS staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or QS role.
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and project budgeting.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and QS software (e.g., CAD, Sketchup, Revit).
