Are you passionate about driving performance and optimizing store operations? We’re looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead, strategize, and elevate the customer experience across multiple outlets.
🧩 Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all retail stores to ensure smooth performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and company standards across locations.
- Collaborate with store managers to improve efficiency, visual merchandising, inventory control, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, feedback, and identify operational gaps.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, supply chain) to align strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and operational improvements for management review.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major; Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-store retail management or retail operations. (Industry FMCG, Telecommunications, Chain Fashion Retail, Chain Catering / FNB)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication In English and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with retail systems is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with a hands-on approach to execution.
