Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process.
Make sure to have an enough resource/candidate for crucial position in the organization.
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Oversees the entire recruitment process.
Coordinating with the hiring manager to understand the recruitment needs.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar HR Role.
Have relevant certifications in HR, especially recruitment.
Good public speaking, interpersonal, communication skill.
Have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies.
Good organizational & management skill.
Be able to analyze recruitment data and metrics.
Have the growth and service excellent mindset.
Fluent in English is a must.
Candidates from Lombok are preffered.
