🔧 What You’ll Do
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the heart of the property’s day-to-day operation:
Ensure smooth operations across front office, housekeeping, and F&B. Supervise, support, and inspire the host and cleaner teams. Provide outstanding guest service from arrival to departure. Oversee the cleanliness, tidiness, and upkeep of all branch areas: lobby, cabins, public facilities, and beyond. Make on-the-ground decisions that drive operational excellence and uphold our brand reputation.
🌟 You’re the One If You Have:
✅ A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
✅ Minimum 3 (three) years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry
✅ Strong background in Front Office and/or Housekeeping operations or equivalent.
✅ Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
✅ Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
✅ Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or outside operational hours
✅ A sharp eye for detail, a neat appearance, and a can-do attitude
