✅ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
✅ Prior experience in a call centre or operations coordination role — preferably in a healthcare setting 🏥.
✅ Strong administrative skills, attention to detail 🔍, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Experience liaising with insurance companies, with a clear understanding of securing payment guarantees 💳.
✅ Excellent communication skills in both English 🇬🇧 and Bahasa Indonesia 🇮🇩 — additional languages are a plus ➕.
✅ Proficiency in digital communication tools like WhatsApp, email, and medical record systems 💻.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and in time-sensitive situations ⏱️.

📞 Act as the main point of contact in the Call Centre, coordinating with patients, insurance providers, and medical teams.
🚑 Coordinate and facilitate medical evacuation services, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.

📋 Provide real-time updates and ensure all records are complete and accurate.
