🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Store Operations: Lead daily operations and implement strategic direction from HQ.

- Sales Performance: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Visual Merchandising: Oversee product display, turnover, and inventory replenishment.

- Customer Service: Ensure a seamless customer journey and resolve complaints effectively.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop in-store teams to deliver top performance.

- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with business partners and align store direction with brand identity.

✅ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- At least 3 years of experience in retail or sales (preferably electronics/FMCG)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

- Strong communication, leadership, and operational skills

- Fluent English is required for this role
