🔬 RESPONSIBILITIES
🧪 Lead R&D of proprietary biostimulant formulas — ensuring confidentiality and innovation are at the heart of every product.
⚗️ Design, execute, and analyze experiments to discover synergistic ingredient combinations with real impact.
🏭 Define, optimize, and document production procedures for industrial-scale replication with consistent quality.
👷♂️ Provide technical specs, supervise pilot production runs, and troubleshoot for accurate formula execution.
🔍 Analyze raw materials, compounds, and microbes to understand and enhance performance.
📊 Develop analytical methods to validate formula composition, stability, and efficacy.
♻️ Continuously refine formulas based on lab results, field trials, and market feedback.
🔐 Maintain encrypted documentation and report key findings to support IP protection and strategic positioning.
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Bachelor's or Master’s in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Biotech, Agricultural Tech, or related fields.
🌱 Minimum 1 year experience formulating seaweed-based biostimulants.
🧫 Skilled in chemical analysis, stability testing, and microbial handling.
🧠 Strong in experimental design, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
🤝 Able to work independently and thrive in fast-paced R&D teams.
🔄 Adaptable, curious, and passionate about sustainable agriculture.
🗣️ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.
📍 Willing to be based in Mataram, Lombok and travel for fieldwork.
