✨ Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years experience in F&B management (preferably in a resort or island setting)
✅ Proven experience as a cook 👩🍳
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 🗣️🤝
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written) — Bahasa Indonesia is a plus 🌐
✅ Solid knowledge of:
Food & bar service operations 🍽️🍹
Hygiene standards 🧼
Menu development 📋
Costing & budgeting 💰
✅ Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays ⏰
✅ Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L management 📊
✅ Passionate about guest service, hospitality, and team building 💼💛
✅ Able to live and work in Gili Trawangan or willing to relocate 🏝️
