Business Development Executive (Connected Technology & Auto OEM)
📍 Placement: Palembang, Medan, Pontianak, Lombok
🏭 Industry: Cutting Tools, CNC Tooling, and Auto Components
Requirements:
-Diploma / B.E in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering
-3–6 years of experience in sales or application of Cutting Tools / CNC Toolings
-Minimum 2 years of experience in machining, CNC shops, Die & Mold, or Auto Components
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
-Strong customer engagement, technical understanding, and sales closing skills
-Able to read technical drawings and understand machining tolerances
-Experience with Auto OEMs and Industrial Trade Channels is a plus
-Willing to travel and work independently across assigned territories
Job Description:
-Discover and expand customer base for cutting tools, CNC spindle tooling, and auto components
-Map customer data and maintain accurate records
-Conduct tooling trials, resolve customer complaints, and ensure satisfaction
-Present technical solutions and perform productivity analysis
-Coordinate with customers, dealers, and manufacturing units
-Negotiate and close sales orders to meet targets
-Ensure timely payment collection
-Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends
