Digital Growth Specialist (IT, AI & E-commerce Marketing)
We are looking for a versatile Digital Growth Specialist to help drive our e-commerce business forward using a combination of IT skills, AI tools, and marketing know-how.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and growth of our e-commerce business through digital solutions
Identify, test, and implement new tools (including AI) to improve workflows and performance
Work on the continuous improvement of our digital assets (websites, automations, integrations, etc.)
Collaborate on e-commerce and marketing strategies, including content, communication, and social media campaigns
Contribute technical expertise for web tasks (including basic coding, troubleshooting, and automation)
Manage and update WordPress or other website platforms as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Strong background in IT and web (web basics, troubleshooting, coding principles)
Hands-on experience using AI tools (automation, content, analytics, etc.)
Experience with WordPress
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Able to work with APIs and connect different tools/services
Knowledge of databases and ability to use SQL queries
Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media for e-commerce
Experience in communication and marketing, especially for online businesses
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
Practical coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or low-code/no-code)
