Job Purpose
To Perform Sales Activities of Home Business in Regional to Ensure the Achievement of Business Target
Job Accountabilities
Create Regional Sales Plans and Quotas in Alignment with Business to ensure the achivement of sales target
Perform the end to end sales cycle process to ensure the execution is according to plan with certain predetermined standards
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market new opportunities to growth
Coordinate with region to optimize salesforce synergy
Manage Sales staff & channels (direct sales, retail, partnership, etc)
responsibile for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions
