Field Marketing
Role Description:
- Assist with the application and usage of agricultural chemical products (fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides).
- Provide technical education to farmers, distributors, and related parties regarding the benefits, application methods, and safety of the products.
- Monitor and evaluate field trial results and record crop development or product impact.
- Maintain regular communication with the sales team, technical team, and farmers to gather feedback and usage reports.
- Support the planning and execution of field promotional activities such as farmer gatherings, field days, and agricultural exhibitions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities, issues encountered, and market development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Assistant
- Field operation assistance and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to be placed in Banyuwangi, Bojonegoro, Nganjuk, Kediri, Jember and Sumbawa
