The role of the Supervisor Wastewater Treatment Plant & Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is responsible to supervise in the day-to-day activities associated with WTP/ STP - IPAL Domestics operation and maintenance.
Key Accountabilities:
To supervise the daily operation of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) & Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and process control wastewater treatment and related maintenance activity.
Supervise the operation of STP’s
Supervise the practice of process control of STP and coordinate with laboratory crew Undertake Plant maintenance.
Position may be required to travel to and assist other domestic and international sites

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience similar role as Supervisor WTP / STP and has extensive experiences in facilities and services area in mining.
Has experience with Wastewater Management Installation (IPAL Domestic - Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik)
Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Good knowledge of Wastewater Chemistry.
Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals.
Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
