Sous Chef

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
