General Requirements :
- Min. 3 years experience in a similar position
- Strong Sales & Marketing skills, with solid knowledge of revenue management
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of the local hospitality market, tourism trends, and guest behavior in the Bali and Lombok areas
- Ability to build strong relationships with local stakeholders, vendors, and the tourism community
- Deep understanding of potential market segments and the strategies to capture them
- Ability to identify potential market segments and to engage with local communities
