Job Title : Real Estate Advisor

Position Summary:

Selo Group is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Advisor to lead and execute all aspects of our real estate business operations at Selong Selo Resort & Villa in Lombok, Indonesia. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and entrepreneurial individual to build and drive a luxury real estate business in one of Southeast Asia’s premier resort destinations.
 


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate business strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Position Selong Selo as the leading luxury real estate destination in Lombok.
Identify market opportunities and propose innovative initiatives for expansion.
Sales & Business Development

Drive property sales through a mix of direct outreach, relationship management, and marketing campaigns.
Cultivate and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and partners (local and international).
Conduct presentations, property tours, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
Marketing & Brand Positioning

Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute integrated campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
Create compelling property messaging and content for various platforms.
Analyze market data and buyer behavior to optimize campaign strategies.
 
 
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and institutional partners.
Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the sales cycle.
Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
Operational Excellence

Set up and manage internal systems, tools, and reporting structures to support sales operations.
Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads and performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with resort operations, legal, and finance departments.
 


Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience

7–10+ years of proven success in luxury/resort real estate sales and development.
Background in international real estate or hospitality is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions and manage complex deals.
Experience in leading or contributing to strategic marketing campaigns.
Skills & Competencies

Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy, with CRM and digital marketing experience.
Financial literacy and ability to interpret investment models.
Multilingual abilities (English fluency required; other languages a plus).
Strong cultural intelligence and international market awareness.
