The role of the Quality Control - Preventive Painting Heavy Duty (Ops Maintenance) is responsible for monitoring and ensuring Business Partners and Maintenance operation regarding safety and compliance quality painting structural of columns, roofs, walls and floors in the organization's facilities. This specialist role involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, performing detailed inspections, scheduling, repainting and ensuring that all activities and work performed by business partners and maintenance operation meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main expert in preventive maintenance and ensure Business Partners and maintenance operation regarding the quality of painting column structures, roofs, walls and floors within the facility.
Design and implement advanced preventive maintenance strategies and schedules and repainting tailored to the specific needs of the facility.
Check and inspect the painting results of business partners and maintenance operation provide feedback to correct the painting result not comply standard.
Lead detailed inspections and audits of maintenance activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Ensure that all maintenance work and all material complies with local and international building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years' experience similar role as quality control painting heavy duty maintenance within facilities maintenance and has extensive experiences in facilities and services area in mining.
Deep as inspector expertise in facilities maintenance, including a thorough understanding of painting heavy duty
Has certificate as inspector painting heavy duty
Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals.
Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
