We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Infrastructure & Maintenance |📍 Lombok, Indonesia
Samara Lombok is looking for a Project Manager who’s not just technically sound, but operationally sharp and deeply accountable. You’ll lead critical infrastructure works (earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, slope protection) and lead our Maintenance Division.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 5–10 years' experience managing infrastructure in hospitality or mixed-use developments
- Can lead contractors with clarity, enforce site discipline, and manage sequencing and quality end to end
- Has a solid grasp of design reviews, BoQ validation, and field coordination with consultants, QS, procurement, and HSE
- Is able to set up maintenance systems from zero: preventive schedules, breakdown protocols, asset tracking
- Communicates clearly, leads visually (Kanban/project boards, OKRs), and reports weekly on cost, risk, safety, and progress
- Brings structure without micromanagement, and believes in growing the team
This is not a desk-bound role. It’s for someone who thrives in the field, operates with high ownership, and wants to grow something lasting in Lombok.
