Jobdesc:
1. Manage database of terminated employees (layoffs).
2. Update database for employee resignations.
3. Track employee leave and contract completion data.
4. Accurately manage physical attendance for field employees.
5. Distribute employee payslips during payroll.
6. Handle documents and administration related to terminations.
7. Prepare rejection letters for field foremen.
8. Compile accurate attendance records for field staff.
9. Report employee meal data to the Partner Company and Internal GA.
10. Report expired employee ID badges.
11. Submit new hire data for BPJS health and employment registration.
12. Report returned ID badges of employees who abscond, resign, or go on leave.
13. Reconcile attendance data with the Partner Company.
14. Brief new hires post-induction.
15. Provide worker data to the Partner Company, including untrained or disqualified workers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, HR Management or relevant.
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Human Resources.
3. Hiring and Recruiting skills.
4. Interviewing and Communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
