Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Lombok. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities, manage the laundry operations, ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Communication
Experience in Laundry, Gardening and Housekeeping
Customer Service skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent experience minimum of 3 years in Housekeeping department.
