Mandalika Intercultural School (MIS), located in beautiful Lombok, Indonesia, is looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Early Years to lead and inspire our Early Years team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the Early Years department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement a child-centered curriculum aligned with national and international standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Early Years teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a positive school culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian early childhood education regulations and school policies.
- Oversee assessments, reporting, and professional development for the Early Years team.
📚 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education/Education Management/any other related field
- 5+ years of experience in Early Years, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong English communication skills
- A love for early learning and a passion for nurturing young minds
