About Our Client
We are representing one of our client, a Construction company in Indonesia which currently expanding their team.
Job Description
Develop electrical system designs for facility infrastructure projects ina mining site (such as housing, mess halls, offices, utilities, etc.)
Prepare and analyze key electrical engineering reports and calculations, including Load Calculation Reports, Circuit Breaker and Cable Sizing Calculations, Voltage Drop Calculations, Short Circuit Analysis, Power Factor Correction Study, Lighting Lux Level Calculations, Grounding Resistance Calculation, etc.
Ensure all electrical designs meet applicable standards, codes, and project specifications
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.) to ensure system integration
Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases
Review and validate shop drawings and material submittals from subcontractors
Assist in preparing bill of quantities and technical specifications for procurement
Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and compliance with design
Support troubleshooting and resolution of on-site electrical issues during construction
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design within the construction or mining infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international electrical codes and standards
Proficiency in electrical design software (such as ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD, or similar)
Solid understanding of power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage systems
Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to work with roster basis in site locations
