✅ Good understanding of structural design and its application in real projects
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office
✅ Highly skilled in SketchUp and AutoCAD (or equivalent software)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in construction work
✅ Willing to work in Kuta, Lombok Tengah, NTB
