Position:
Business Development Assistant (Sumbawa)
📋 Job Description:
Manage distributor to achieve sales growth, excellent distribution, and develop strong partnerships.
Assist Regional Sales Manager in executing sales strategy, order plan, and sales plan to meet company targets & business objectives.
Spend 80% of time in the field: coaching, monitoring, development, and ensuring operational excellence.
Design effective PJP (Journey Plan), territory management, and control.
Ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.
Acquire New Open Outlets (NOO), both in General Trade (GT) and Local Supermarket (MTI).
Continuously conduct asset tracking to prevent missing or unproductive assets.
Provide required data and analyze for continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements:
➤ Bachelor’s Degree in any major
➤ Strong field sales skills, leadership, and communication abilities
➤ English proficiency is a MUST 🇬🇧
➤ Minimum 1–3 years sales experience in a reputable FMCG company or Modern Trade Channel
➤ Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing distributor teams
➤ High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel skills
➤ Valid driving license (SIM C) 🚗
