🔹 Position: VILLA MANAGER 🔹
We are hiring a Villa Manager for our brand new beachfront property in Gili Meno!
Opening mid-April, our resort features four beachfront bungalows and a vibrant beach bar with a commitment to high-standard customer service.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
🏡 Oversee daily operations of the villas (4 units): bar, restaurant, kitchen, room service, and guest services
👥 Recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining service excellence
📊 Prepare management reports and manage expenses efficiently
🛠️ Ensure proper maintenance, safety, and security of the property
🤝 Collaborate with key stakeholders including guests and owners
🌟 Maintain exceptional customer service standards
🗣️ Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
✅ Requirements
✔️ Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a willingness to learn
✔️ Proficient in English (spoken & written)
✔️ Able to work both independently and in a team
🎓 Qualifications
📌 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality operations management (preferably in a resort/hotel)
📌 Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
📌 Focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction
📌 Fluent in English (spoken & written)
