Some of your duties will include:
Provide accurate, timely and good quality administrative support services of the department.
Establish filing system and procedure, prepare file, and retrieve documents and carry out periodic records audits.
Prepare perdiem/honorarium payment.
Prepare, check, and submit cash advance/reimbursements of expenses for business trip.
Prepare report (periodically/ occurrence) that related to Policy & Permitting department to local government.
Arrange site visits with for local and overseas visitors including seaplane/ferry bookings, hotel and hire bookings.
Coordinate and arrange travel arrangement, accommodation and site passes for project personnel, vendors, and visitors.
Undertake a variety of clerical functions such as set up filing system, typing, recording, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor's degree in the field of public relations or a relevant discipline
Min 5 years’ experience in Mining sector which is familiar in dealing with government and permitting affairs as well as be acquainted with the government bodies.
Ability to develop a step-by-step process methodically, strategically, and collaboratively from targeting the problem, solving problem and developing a solution in structured manner (Critical Thinking & problem solving)
Ability to balance a heavy workload and time constraints while managing and delegating other employees and projects is an essential skill. (Time Management)
Ability to use listening techniques and nonverbal strategies to improve conversations. (Communication)
Ability to manage conflict well, issues come to resolutions and successful relationships are developed. (Conflict resolutions)
