Some of your duties will include:
Under supervision Superintendent of Human Capital implement all human capital development program for West Sumbawa District, Sumbawa District and NTB Province to pull fill the big-vision legacy that Amman will leave for the community until achieved its sustainable purposes.
To Initiate, facilitate and follow up collaborations, discussions with relevant departments/ Team within Amman and external parties, including local associations, government representatives, potential collaborating partners to create meaningful and impactful collaborative programs/ projects.
To engage and communicate with local government, community leaders, NGOs and other relevant parties to get support in implementing human capital development Programs.
·Build up Human Capital programs to support the community by working closely with divisional teams to create programs and projects from education and training (i.e., vocational or workforce development) to health and cleanliness initiatives (such as assistance for victims of mercury contamination and waste reduction and proper disposal) to develop West Sumbawa District, Sumbawa District and NTB Province.
Promote Amman’s investments in human capital in the community to local community leaders, external partners and Amman employees to obtain support and participation for what Amman is doing for human capital development in West Sumbawa District, Sumbawa District and NTB Province.
Identify youth-focused events, activities and personalities that can promote Human Capital in West Sumbawa District, Sumbawa District and NTB Province.
Serve as a coach and mentor to community youth under Amman’s Social Impact leadership program, which is a 6-month to 1-year program implementation whereby youth in the community can see the commitment of the department to positive social change and act as a bridge going forward in their community to ensure that Amman’s social impact initiatives are safeguarded and sustainable.
Monitor and make regular progress reports on the achievements and challenges of implementing the Human Capital Development Program.
To comply with Social Impact Department SOP to provide plan, budget, and control of Amman employee participation programs by consultation with SI Senior Management.
Support Sr. Specialist HC and Supv. Human Capital to advance programs and projects by working closely with divisional teams, external service providers and employee (and/or their dependents) volunteers to create meaningful and impactful projects to develop West Sumbawa District, Sumbawa District and NTB Province.
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor's degree in business, development studies, education or related discipline.
Have a minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate social impact programs.
Understanding of corporate budgeting, planning and reporting requirements.
Good project management skills and able to run multiple projects at the same time.
Fluent in English speaking and writing skills, especially writing a report and s success story from the programs.
Good in providing presentation Deck (in ppt or other programs) and presentation skills in English.
Able to communicate and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve its targets.
Excellent problem solving skills , self-motivated, and strong analytical thinking.
Having a good network with international organization/agencies.
Ready to be relocated in Sumbawa Regency, NTB.
