Responsibility:
Achieve sales targets in the assigned area and report sales performance regularly to Area Manager
Acting as a representative for the organization during external meetings and presentations
Assist in communication between Chinese Expatriates and local stakeholders
Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor
Monitor and control product stock in distributor
Monitor competitors activities and development to stay informed about industry trends and competitors development
Analyze market trends and territory/market's potential
This position will responsible to manage sales area for Lombok Barat, Tengah, Sumba, Bima, Kupang
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in any major
Fresh graduates or have 1-2 years of working experience as sales in FMCG company
Proficiency in Mandarin
Excellent data analysis skill
Good teamwork and problem solving skill
Good communication skill
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Highly self motivated and target oriented person
Have driving license A/C
