RMDP is a structured program designed to prepare fresh graduates to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth of Maybank Indonesia. The program equips participants to understand client needs, deliver customized solutions, drive sales, and foster long-term partnerships. The RMDP blends classroom learning, on-the-job training, and comprehensive evaluations to develop a well-rounded skill set that is essential to driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any major from reputable university (Minimum GPA of 3.00 scale 4)
Excellent networking skill
Excellent analytical thinking, persistent, target oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably has experience as sales or marketing in Banking or Financial Industry
