🛠️ You'll Handle:
• 📊 Budget reviews, quantity take-offs, and tender preparation
• 💰 Cost control, risk analysis & valuation of site works
• 🤝 Contractor negotiation, material cost forecasting & variation reporting
✅ You Bring:
• 🧱 5+ years’ experience in construction or on-site roles
• 📈 Strong Excel skills, contract analysis & financial acumen
• 🤝 Confidence in working cross-functionally with site managers, vendors & clients
