Role Description
This is on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lombok. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee relations. The role includes conducting performance reviews, managing payroll, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, and Onboarding processes
Fluent communication in English
Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance requirements
Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
Expertise in Payroll Management, Training, and Development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
