👥 End-to-end HR for site teams: recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
⚖️ Labour law compliance & safe working practices
📊 Performance reviews, 💰 payroll, 🎓 training, and 💬 people engagement
✅ You Bring:
🏗️ 5+ years of HR experience (ideally in construction or property)
🗣️ Strong communication, 🧘♂️ conflict resolution, and 🧠 multitasking skills
🌐 Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
