HR Generalist
Jobdesc :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and handle HR administration (attendance, leave, etc.)
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR issues constructively
• Handle all of administration and payroll
• Will be Placement at the Project Site (NTB)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
