We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team in Gili Meno. Our new beachfront bungalows and beach bar – offering high-standard customer service – will open this May! 🌊
🎯 Your Missions:
🛬 Guest check-in & check-out procedures
🗓️ Reservation & booking management
📞 Guest communication & concierge services
🙋 Handling guest complaints & special requests
📊 Daily reporting & handover
💳 Cashiering & payment handling
🧹 Coordination with housekeeping & kitchen teams
🧩 Support daily operational needs
🧼 Maintain cleanliness & organization of reception area
⭐ Uphold service standards & guest privacy
📌 Requirements:
🧳 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality operations (resort/hotel preferred)
🗣️ Excellent communication & organizational skills
🤝 Team-oriented with strong guest satisfaction focus
🧠 Fast learner with a good attitude and pleasant personality
📝 Fluent in English (spoken & written)
👥 Able to work both independently and in a team
