💼 What You'll Do
As our FOH Captain, you'll be the face of our dining room, playing a key role in bringing our evolving brand vision to life. Your responsibilities include:
✅ Leading the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
✅ Warmly welcoming and hosting guests with charisma and care
✅ Coaching staff on upselling and guest engagement
✅ Supporting promotional campaigns and new initiatives
✅ Helping introduce a loyalty program for our local regulars
✅ Upholding service standards based on brand guidelines
✅ Monitoring guest feedback and daily service flow 📋
✅ Collaborating with management to enhance the overall guest experience
👤 Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who brings both heart ❤️ and professionalism 💼 to the table:
🌐 Fluent in English — able to convey nuanced brand messaging
😊 Friendly, bubbly, and people-oriented — a natural host
🍴 Experienced in hospitality — ideally in FOH or supervisory roles
📣 Confident leader — sets the tone, uplifts the team, leads by example
📍 Based in or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
💻 Tech-savvy — comfortable with POS systems and basic tools
