Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate who thrives at the intersection of numbers, strategy, and business growth. If you enjoy turning financial data into sharp insights and influencing key decisions, this role is for you.
You’ll be directly involved in shaping company strategy through financial planning, budget forecasting, and business modeling—working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth.
At Blue Dragon, we’re reimagining agriculture with seaweed-based innovation. As part of our finance team, you’ll play a crucial role in translating business needs into financial strategies, maintaining investor confidence, and ensuring our day-to-day financials are on track.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or planning
🔹 Strong track record in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
🔹 Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance
🔹 Proven ability to turn data into strategy—clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals
🔹 Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or other industrial settings is a plus
🔹 Excellent communication skills—you’ll work with both finance and non-finance teams
🔹 Sharp attention to detail, high integrity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
