We are looking for an Expatriate Affairs Specialist with strong administrative and reporting capabilities to manage expatriate-related processes and ensure full compliance with Indonesian regulations on the employment of foreign workers. This role will require collaboration across departments, attention to detail, and effective communication to support a seamless experience for expatriates working in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, manage, and maintain expatriate data and documentation, including regularly updating the internal database.

Prepare and submit reports related to expatriate employment in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures in line with government regulations, particularly in managing foreign workers (Pengelolaan Tenaga Kerja Asing).

Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external agencies/government bodies for expatriate permits, documentation, and compliance matters.

Serve as a point of contact for expatriates in relation to administrative and settlement matters.

Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding, extension, or exit process for expatriate staff.

Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Support additional expatriate-related tasks as needed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in expatriate affairs, general affairs, or HR administration, preferably in a multinational company or working with foreign workers.

Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations regarding the employment of expatriates.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate and influence across departments.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Skilled in Microsoft Office and database management.

Able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Hospitality mindset and team player.

Driving license is preferable.
