🔹 Position: Duty Manager
🔎 About the Role
✅ Manage and supervise all tasks of the team to ensure the highest quality service is delivered
✅ Ensure department standards are consistently met
✅ Review, analyze, and suggest improvements to the Front Desk workflow
✅ Monitor room revenue, analyze rate variance reports, and approve discounts/rebates
🧠 Your Skills & Experience
🎓 Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
🧳 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
💻 Computer literate (Windows, PMS, Hotix, Tars) and quick to learn new technologies
