📝 Job Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations and supervising the restaurant at Selong Selo Resort, ensuring a memorable and high-quality dining experience for all guests.
This role acts as a bridge between the kitchen, service staff, and F&B management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
✅ Qualifications
🔹 Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a restaurant
🔹 Strong leadership and customer service skills
🔹 Excellent communication and team collaboration, especially with kitchen teams
🔹 Good understanding of food service, hospitality, and health regulations
🔹 Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
🔹 Minimum high school diploma (hospitality/culinary education is a plus)
🔹 Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory/order procedures
