Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Gili Trawangan. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting with hiring and training staff. The role also involves overseeing food and beverage operations, monitoring inventories, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Communication and Hiring processes
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of minimum 1 year.
