1. Guest Services
• Oversee front desk operations (check-in/out, reservations)
• Resolve guest complaints and special requests
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
2. Housekeeping Oversight
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and cleanliness
• Inspect rooms for quality control
• Manage linen and cleaning supply inventory
3. Staff Supervision
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and bell staff
• Train and schedule staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
4. Room Inventory & Revenue
• Monitor room availability and occupancy
• Collaborate with revenue management on pricing and packages
• Assist in minimizing room downtime and maximizing occupancy
5. Operational Coordination
• Ensure rooms division operates smoothly with other departments (maintenance, F&B)
• Handle emergencies and security issues related to guest rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
