Some of your duties will include:
To manage people development program including training need analysis, designing and planning training program, communicating with external vendor
To support and coordinate Graduate Development program including mentoring progress, managing group discussion, evaluate GDP performance and communicating with user department.
Support Organization Development team in designing performance management to meet business needs.
Collaborates with SAP Team in implementation of online performance management system.
Educate employees and managers on Performance Management & Succession Planning
Provide and support development list for Succession Planning program.
Assist Reviewing and improving existing performance management systems in order to ensure that systems are effectively and efficiently meet
Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts
Support Organization Development team in drive and administer the implementation of companywide succession plan programs
Work with employees and managers to make sure job descriptions are available for all positions.
Provide logistic and administration of leadership training programs
Facilitate training soft skills and leadership training programs
Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience do you need?
Graduate from reputable university in Human Resources/Psychology/Management/ or relevant major
At least 5 years of experience in Organization & People Development and practices.
Understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation.
Good understanding of HR relationship with community and government issues.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Database Management); Has data analytical skill will be desirable.
Excellent in computer skills (database, excel, data analytic, Power BI, power point), presentation skills.
Possess SIM A.
Able to working on site in Sumbawa with no roster schedule (regular working hour).
