We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen at Thai-Thai Restaurant Lombok, a fresh opening restaurant part of Knalpot Restaurant, a well-established restaurant known for its dedication to quality, creativity, and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality
Lead and motivate kitchen staff during service
Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Thai/ Asian Cuisine preferable)
Fluent Communication in English
Willing to handle pork
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven knowledge of kitchen operations and food costing
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or certification preferred
