About the role

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our dedicated team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Central Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a contract position with an opportunity to contribute to the success of our hospitality establishment.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome guests, and guide them to their tables

Take orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout the dining service

Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns

Assist with clearing and resetting tables between service

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area

Support the broader team as needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices

Fluency in English and the local language
